Arbonne Has Emerged
We are pleased to report that as of today, Arbonne has officially completed its financial restructuring and has emerged from the reorganization process.
When we filed for Chapter 11 to implement our “pre-packaged” debt restructuring plan on January 27, we estimated it would likely take 45 to 60 days to complete the process. We have done it in little more than a month.
Arbonne now has a stronger balance sheet, and the financial flexibility we need to continue investing in our growth and developing new business-building tools and innovative products for you and your clients. And we have the backing of a new set of owners who strongly believe in the value and growth potential of the Arbonne opportunity.
Now, as we all prepare for NTC 2010—just two short weeks away in Las Vegas—the road ahead of us is clear.

I’m not surprised that Arbonne has come out of this process smoothly and seemingly effortlessly. It is true to Arbonne-form. We always come out smelling like roses. If there is a bump in the road, we look at it as an opportunity to grow instead of an obstacle to get in our way. I continue to be proud to be an Arbonne Independent Consultant after 6+ years of service.
