Is the 1,000 mgs of essential fatty acids per capsule or per dosage a day? (which looks like it would be two capsules a day.) The RE9 supplement had 1,456 mgs fatty acids a day…isn’t this going backwards?
@ Lynn – There are different types of essential fatty acids. Omega-3 Plus provides omega-3 fatty acids, specifically alpha linolenic acid. Thank you for your question.

What size are these capsules? Are they smaller than the “typical” fish oil capsules? I know people who don’t like taking fish oil simply because of the size of the capsule.
